My aid works fine!
The type of problem I was having with my hearing loss before I received my hearing aid was that I was not hearing some conversations and having to turn up my TV.
My hearing aid has improved both cases- but I realize they will not solve all difficult hearing situations.
My aid is comfortable, and I am satisfied with my aid.

The advice I would give is: get your hearing checked hearing aids may provide significant hearing improvement.
