Simply click here, fill out the form and bring it in to any EarCare office for redemption (one package per hearing aid per person). The form must be complete and presented in person before you are able to receive your FREE batteries.
While you're there take advantage of our FREE clean and check service ($49.95 value). We will conduct a 10 point clean and check to make sure your hearing aids are working in tip top performance.
