Assistants at

valuable. In addition to maintaining the schedule
for the office, they have substantial client
contact. This includes being personable with a
vast array of personalities, having excellent
phone skills, being able to help clients with
warranties, batteries and other accessories and
service the hearing aid needs of office clients.

Office Consultant
Each
EarCare offrice usually has a 2-4 person staff to
serve the needs of the clients. As our clients grow
there is a greater need for Staff time to assist.
The Office Consultant is a carrier track that involves licensing. Many our our services to the clients require licensing. The Office Consultant’s job expands in testing and fitting hearing aids. Programming hearing aids to specific hearing loss is necessary to make sure that clients receive the best possible hearing experience. Retesting existing clients and continued service after the fitting is an ongoing service that EarCare is committed to.
The candidate for the office consultant position would need to work well with people, have the capacity to learn all the facets of a successful practice. Skills would include conducting hearing evaluations, fitting, dispensing, adjusting and programming hearing aids. Marketing in the community is also an important part of a successful practice.

Office Manager
EarCare puts its
clients needs first. As our clients increase, we
have a need to increase staff and office locations.
It is a natural growth pattern of accommodating
expanding clients to locate new offices. The office
manager is responsible for each EarCare office.
Our Office managers are often selected from within our own staff. Those that have become licensed and are office consultants are considered first for the position of Office Manager. This position is not a position for the meek or mild, but for those who have always wanted to run their own business and be rewarded for their hard work. It also allows individuals that have leadership skills a path to direct others in giving assistance to the clients and community.
Office managers take the lead with assisting those with hearing loss. Testing, fitting, dispensing, programming, marketing, managing the staff are a few skills that are necessary. EarCare uses an extensive array of marketing, training and technology resources to help make each Office Manager successful in their practice. Leadership ability and self initiative is necessary for this position. The EarCare office offers the community where it is located an oasis of support and solutions for hearing problems. The satisfaction of helping hundreds and thousands that have hearing problems gives as sense of personal satisfaction that is hard to describe. The community comes to depend on the office for continued support with their hearing aids and hearing tests. We exist to serve the needs of those in the community that have hearing loss. By having the right attitude of “service to others” and the burning desire to help others, our offices find support and value in each community they are located in.
